The natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Black Rhino.

Any agreement between Black Rhino and the Customer regarding the sale of products.

Applicability

3.1. All offers from Black Rhino are without obligation. An agreement is reached after acceptance of the order by Black Rhino.
Pricing and Payments
The stated prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.
4.2. Payment must be made in a manner indicated by Black Rhino in the ordering process and within the indicated timeframe.
Delivery
5.1. Black Rhino will exercise the utmost care in receiving and executing orders.
5.2. The delivery period is indicative and not a firm deadline.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
Warranty and Compliance
7.1. Black Rhino warrants that the Products comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.
Liability
8.1. Black Rhino's liability for direct damages suffered by the Customer is limited per event to an amount equal to the purchase price of the relevant Product.
Intellectual Property
9.1. All intellectual property rights to the website and the Products exclusively vest in Black Rhino and/or its licensors.
Privacy
10.1. Black Rhino respects the privacy of the Customer and ensures confidential treatment of personal information, in accordance with the privacy statement.
Slot provisions
11.1. Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions.
