Fast delivery is a top priority for us. If you order on working days before 11:59 PM, we aim to ship your order the next day. In most cases, you can expect to receive your package the following working day.

However, we want to emphasize that we are dependent on our shipping partner for the final delivery. This can cause delays in rare cases. For that reason, we unfortunately cannot offer absolute guarantees regarding the exact delivery time and the precise location where the package will be delivered.

To keep you as up-to-date as possible on your shipment, we will send you a Track & Trace code via email once your order has been handed over to the carrier. If a specific product has a different delivery time, we will ensure this is clearly communicated on the relevant product page.

Black Rhino guarantees that all consumer products it supplies are in conformity with the agreement and free from defects at the time of delivery. In accordance with Belgian legislation, the buyer benefits from a statutory warranty of two years, to be calculated from the date of delivery.

If a lack of conformity is found within this period that is not due to improper or careless use, Black Rhino will repair or replace the product free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible or cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, the buyer is entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund, in accordance with statutory provisions.

The buyer must use the product carefully and follow the user manual. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under Belgian legislation regarding consumer protection and non-conformity.
